Call Of Duty Ghosts Won't Play?!

So, I purchased Call of Duty Ghosts on the Xbox 360 from the Marketplace, and they were promoting a deal. The deal was, if you purchased the Xbox 360 digital copy, you could pay $10 and get the digital copy on the Xbox One. I went along with the deal, and
when I got my Xbox One, I purchased Call of Duty Ghosts for $10 like the deal said. But every time I try to load the game up on my One, it shows a title screen, then just goes to a black screen. I previously talked to Xbox Support on the phone, and they said
they would work on it, and email me about it. That was about 2 months ago now. I would really like to be able to play the game I purchased. I've gone through all the previous troubleshoots they told me about, and none of them worked. So I'm not sure what to
do. Help me out?

Downloaded call of duty ghost for the Xbox one but it won't play.

 

Why is no scoping allowed?

Won't have to worry about it in Ghosts.....I don't like it either, but there's nothing we can do. It HAS however been stated that there will NOT be quickscoping in the next CoD.

Have you done a hard shut down (holding the power button for 5-8 seconds, waiting for the power supply light to turn orange, then unplugging for about 5 minutes) then plugging back in, powering up, and giving it a try?

Also, have you completely uninstalled the game and tried reinstalling it?

I've done both, numerous time's. Neither worked.
