Call of Duty Ghosts won't load

put the disc in,started game,first screen comes up,then screen with face,then just goes black. Uninstalled game,re installed with update,still nothing.......any ideas?

When I put call of duty ghosts on my xbox one it won't load it just turns into a black screen what can I do?

 

Digital Copy of Call of Duty Ghosts Won't Play

I purchased a digital copy of Call of Duty Ghosts for the xbox one and it worked fine for several weeks. Now it won't load. The screen goes black before the main menu appears.

 

I am having the same problem, relieved to see its not just me, if I find what to do to fix it I'll let you know

 

I had the same problem. Try unplugging your console then plugging it back in.

 

I have the downloadable version on my One and last Sunday it froze in the middle of a multiplayer game. Now when it loads I get the big ghost face then a black screen and that's it. Have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and still have the same problem!
Help!!

 

I was having the same problem but Katscratch88 suggested unplugging the console and the repluggin it in and it worked. If you haven't tried that i suggest you do so see what happens. Good luck!!!
