Call of Duty Ghosts on XBOX ONE freezes after opening screen

installed COD (disk version) and have been playing for a few weeks without issue. Then last night I get the to the Ghost face of start up, then black screen. My machine is not frozen, as I can go home and use any other application. I can also play Battlefield
4 (disk version. Do I need to uninstall and start all over?

All of the above ports you have mentioned are definitely the correct ports for Xbox LIVE on Xbox ONE, but since you mentioned for Call of Duty Ghosts. I have read online that Call of Duty Ghost uses port number 3075 for BOTH protocols UDP & TCP. Try opening
this also & making sure you have UpNP is also enabled.

my call of duty ghost it was starting up and then screen blacks out and the game is not scratched or nothing and all my games are working perfectly on my xbox one except my call of duty ghost

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

the first fix resolve all my problem

I'm having the same problem. Everything worked fine the last time I played about a week ago. Now I get a blank screen just after the Ghost face loading screen.

 

First try to completely power down your console (not just sleep). When it's on, hold the power button on the console for approximately 8 seconds. It will shut down. This closes all apps and clears the cache. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling, and install
again.

 

I can't seem to find where I uninstall games. What menu is that in? Thx

 

Go to "my games & apps" (you have to go there, not pins). Highlight the game you want to uninstall and press menu (old start button). The uninstall option will be there.

 

Press and hold the power "button" (XBOX symbol on console) until the LED on the power brick turns orange. Then go back to the game and it will work!

Fix does not work for me... So annoying I can't play my games

 

BigWoOdDoO's suggestion worked for me. in settings there is language and location. then there was a button next to it saying restart. After restarting all working fine. .... Turning the console on and off did not help. But finding and hitting the restart
option is what did it.
