    Call of Duty Ghosts does not update!


    Hello,

    my problem is that my CoD Ghosts does not update. My network is not the problem, one of my friends just updated his CoD with the same connection, I even tried it with my LAN cable. The xbone said go to
    www.xbox.com/xboxone/update/help, but the only solution there was to send my xbox to Microsoft to let them fix it, I am able to update each one of my games, just CoD does not work. I hope

    Call of Duty Ghosts wont update.

    I remember a time when CoD Ghosts was working fine, that was 4 days ago. Now every time i try to open it it gives me the "Call of Duty Ghosts needs an update" screen and "Getting ready...." then "There was a problem with
    the update. Call of Duty Ghosts needs an update, but something went wrong". Does anyone know how to fix this???

    Call of Duty Ghosts does not update!

    Go to game and app and go to COD:GHOST. And press menu buttion. Then check for update. I hope I got that right. If not. Sorry if I was wrong.

    sorry i described it wrong. the game is not able to update. it says that there is an error and it cannot download the files

    yes, but nothing has worked yet. i think i might have been blocked from cod. have read about someone, who has been blocked because he was put into a lobby that was hacked. but, i havent played it a lot and im not sure if there are hacked lobbies on xbox.

    the exact problem is that whenever i want to update it, it says an error has occured ( hope that is the right translation, im german) and i cannot download the update content. i have restarted my xbox multiple times since then, used different wireless networks
    and even different LAN cable connections, it always says the xbox is connected to the internet. the games disk does not have any scratches or any other damages. so there should not be any problems with downloading the update.

    Try this , go to "games and apps" and highlight ghosts , then hit the menu button on the controller and uninstall it , then do a hard reset of the console (hit power button for 8 seconds then when off unplug the power cable for a minute or so) UNPLUG you
    internet and reinstall the game , then reconnect the internet and let it update....this has/should work....

    Hello I believe I found an answer install your game offline and go online there should be an update if you click accept it should start it and your game will look like its installing again but it is actually installing the update and it will give you a
    percentage however this does not work for "CALL OF DUTY GHOSTS"

    for it to work for "CALL OF DUTY GHOSTS" you need to have a friend who installed the update and can play online to invite you and then it will ask you to update hope this works for you!
