Call of Duty Ghosts (Digital) Xbox 360 and Xbox One Game Download Code

I just tried to put the code into my Xbox One and it is telling me that This code only works on Xbox 360.

I have also tried to redeem this code on Xbox live web site and it gives me this error.......

I'm not a code expert and nothing is coming up searching for this on browser. Any help would be nice. This is my first problem I have had in years.

Before someone asks, this is a brand new copy from Ebay.

it will work, if you bought the digital copy from the MS market place it will work not sure about any others:

A.No, Xbox 360 game license will not be deactivated. Both game licenses will be retained.

 

Call of Duty Ghosts Digital Edition UK can I upgrade to the xbox one edition?

Yes.

Your download history will show that you bought the game for the 360 and should charge you the reduced price for the Xbox One. If you're able to buy it digitally in the UK now, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Ok, first off it sounds as though the code you bought is for the game on the Xbox 360 only, not the Xbox One. These codes are not interchangeable so if you bought it on the promise that it was for the Xbox One you should contact the seller or Ebay.

As for the code, you can try to redeem it on the Xbox 360 or the website again but ensure that you are typing the code in properly. Sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 and O can be mistaken for 0.

If it still does not work then you may have to contact phone support to ensure that there is nothing wrong with the code.
