    Call of Duty Ghosts / Digital Download


    Hopefully someone can give me a solution here.

    I purchased and downloaded Call of Duty Ghosts. However, when I launch it, it displays the two opening screens, says something about syncing and then just sits at a black screen. I have yet to be able to play the game because of this. Anyone have a solution
    to this problem?

    I was able to download Forza 5 without any problems.

    it will work, if you bought the digital copy from the MS market place it will work not sure about any others:

    G'day Kevin! Sorry to hear about the issue with Ghosts. Power cycling the console may clear this up in a jiffy, let's give it a shot. While the console is on, hold its power button for 5-10 seconds and allow it to shut down completely this way. Wait a full
    30 seconds and then restart, sign back in, and launch the game. It could just be that some leftover temp data is gumming up the works and this will clear that out. Let us know the result!

    My Ghost download doing the same thing, will not play as stated above. I have shut down and restarted with no luck. I deleted the game and reinstalled with no luck. I think it's about time to return the game system as being a big flop. I mean who toots their
    horn about a game console being so much better than the previous one when the newest one (XBOX ONE cannot even do everything the 360 does. \

    Anyways why isn't Ghost working. I'm FED-UP with this system.

    Yes.

    Your download history will show that you bought the game for the 360 and should charge you the reduced price for the Xbox One. If you're able to buy it digitally in the UK now, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
