    Call of Duty : Ghosts backwards compatibility question


    Tried searching for the answer, but no luck with me specific question. I bought COD Ghosts over the winter as a digital download version of the game on my 360. I play a buddy of mine often, who also has it on his 360. I'm thinking of getting an One.

    1) Will the One allow me to re-download the game since it's in "My Games" catalog

    2) Can I still play him while he's still on the 360?

    Sorry, Call of Duty Modern Warfare isn't compatible yet on the Xbox One. It maybe in the future though. The following Call of Duty titles are supported:

    Call of Duty : Ghosts backwards compatibility question

    No as you need to have it in your download history and it has to be backwards compatible

    It is doubtful that it will be released as a bc title because there is a one version and there is no upgrade offer

    It is important to say that the Call of Duty Ghosts game is in the Xbox store in the backwards compatible version and the Xbox One version.

    The DLC you purchased for the game on Xbox 360 will only work on Xbox One with the Xbox 360 version of the Call of Duty Ghost game.

    As the consultant friend said and it's true, if you have Call of Duty Ghosts for Xbox One, you will have to buy the DLC again for it to work on Xbox One.
