Call of Duty Ghost Xbox 360 / Xbox One Dual Pack

I bought a COD Ghost dual pack which included a code for COD Ghost on 360 and enabled COD Ghost to be downloaded free on Xbox one. I tried to re-download the 360 version and it no longer shows available under my account on the 360. It still shows my purchased
DLC just not the full game. How can this be fixed? Thanks

Call of Duty Dual License Major Confusion

So I assumed that the dual license of Call of Duty Ghosts allowed you to play both games on both consoles. But Amazon are showing this -

Now In that description it says -

Once you upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, you will no longer be able to play Call of Duty: Ghosts on Xbox 360

Now on the Call of Duty Website it says the following:

Gamers can purchase a disc-less dual-license digital version of Call of Duty: Ghosts at participating retailers for a suggested retail price of
$69.99. This version will include the Xbox 360 digital version of Call of Duty: Ghosts, as well as the Xbox One digital version of Call of Duty: Ghosts – linked and unlocked via a user’s Xbox Live gamertag. Look for more information on how to
pre-order at participating retailers in the coming weeks.

Via the Game Ahead Program, players can also purchase a digital version of Call of Duty: Ghosts directly from the Xbox Live Marketplace for a suggested retail price of
$59.99. And, when ready to upgrade to Xbox One, you can purchase a digital Xbox One version of Call of Duty: Ghosts for a suggested retail price of just
$10 on the Xbox Live Marketplace until March 31, 2014.

Now , do both those options mean you can play them twice at the same time? Or is the second paragraph saying only once again?

Does Dual License mean only 360 untill the 22nd?

My interpretation of Dual is "At the same time"

I am really , really confused by this.

Could you private message me the codes you received in this pack? We'll be able to look into each one to see what the issue could be.

In the meantime, I would make sure you're signed into the correct account and check your download history for the Xbox 360 version.

Information in regards to this promotion has not been released yet. Activision has not released a list of retailers that will have these dual license digital copies of the game. It also doesn't state that it's US only on their website, it doesn't list where
that's valid, it just lists the information there. It states "participating retailers" yet all the ones on their website have no idea of such an offer. Leads me to believe that Activision has not made this information available to them just yet.

Your download history will show that you bought the game for the 360 and should charge you the reduced price for the Xbox One. If you're able to buy it digitally in the UK now, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
