call of duty ghost wont load xbox one

I have been playing COD fine, but now the game will not load all the way. I get to the screen with the ghost face and then it goes black and nothing happens. I tried to delete the game from the HD and reinstall with no luck. Other games are playing fine.
The DVD is scratch free,

Game will not load past second screen - please help!

Same call of duty ghost work fine yesterday, but today it wont load.

 

not down loading

Some one have access to my account continually playing on call of duty ghost , loads are being changed to different weapons and devastation down load on my account keeps being wiped off so can,t play devastation maps which I paid for tried to re download
it to my call of duty live on line account and wont down load to my game so I can play devastation maps

One has to wonder why if you took the time to post here, that you didn't look at the first page where multiple people have black screen listed as the title. I truly hope you have already figured out the issue and unplugged your system for a minute and plugged
it back in. When I had the black screen, I searched online for an answer and found one within 1 minute and didn't uninstall my game. Prior to searching, I did turn off my xbox and back on, quit the game, take the disc out, and put it back in, with no avail.
That's when I turned to online help and a google search.

It could also be that you have a DVD in your drive instead of the game disc. Who knows at this point.

Seriously, I hope they sticky the black screen fix on this forum but from the looks of it, even if it is stickied, there will be new threads.

 

The most common solution that works is to power cycle your console. This means to hold your finger on the power button for 6 seconds until it shuts off. Wait a few after it shuts down, then fire it back up. Your problems should be fixed after doing so. Good
