call of duty ghost season pass

newbie to xbox...bought xbox 1 for son for xmas. today purchased the season pass. Can't get it to load. What do I do, when I go to apps & games I see the season pass, launched it...but still do not have the new maps. do have the new camo...and don't have
the new gun. still has the green arrow that directs you to the store, and then it says purchased. any help would be great!

will season pass content work on 360 and x1 for call of duty ghost?

 

You have to go to the in game store and download the maps from there

 

I purchased the season pass from the store...do I need to click on the map now?

 

the seasons pass, just gives you the map packs, you still have to download them seperatly

 

Think of it like an order and collect system. You've paid, but you still need to go and fetch it.

 

This is a little awkward, or at least I found it that way when I bought it earlier this week.



What you want to do is purchase the Season Pass, which you've done.



Now to make sure that's worked, go to the "Store" and it should say "Installed".



Now go back to the game and select "Multiplayer" and select the store.



The maps are there but have a price. If you select them then it will say "You already own this do you want to install it".



Tell it yes.



That's when it got wierd for me. I couldn't tell if it's loading or not.



So, go back to the Dashboad and then "highlight" the square that has COD in it and press the "Menu" button and select "View All Add Ons".



At this point it should show you that the Map Pack is installing, you can watch it get to 100% and then enjoy playing it.

You'll be even more pissed when you find out, you should also have the content on the 360 as well(for free) if you had put the code into the 360 or purchased on the 360 and not the xbox one.

 

Or bought the hardened edition for £35 for the 360, sold on the 360 game, redeemed the pass on both consoles .

 

I bought the season pass on the one day it was 50% off and I cant seem to download the new weapon it keeps asking me to pay for it again
