Call of duty ghost help

Discus and support Call of duty ghost help in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am trying to get back to story mode from multiplayer in ghost but when i press the b button to return to main menu all i get is the ghost mask screen...     your disc may have a scratch on it which may cause this to happen.

    Hi Jedi

    You could try this first.

    Go to the Home screen and highlight "COD Ghosts". Then push the Start button and scroll down to "Quit".

    This shuts the game down. You might want to highlight the other tiles, press the Start button and see if any of them are open (they'll have an option to quit if they are).

    Then turn everything off. Turn your internet off. Wait a minute. Turn the internet on. Let it connect. Turn the XBox ONE on. Try playing the game.

    If that doesn't work then Genchy's hard console reset is a good option and there's "Support" available on the Support tab at the top of these boards.

    I had moved all content and main game from intenal drive to external and this is when problem started so i moved everything back an now works ok thanks for all help
