    Looking at details about the error from the error code look up page (support.xbox.com/error-code-lookup)

    One cause - The content offer is no longer available. For example, a game demo is no longer available.

    Looking in the Marketplace and the map is only offered as part of a bundle right now so the error makes sense.

    When did you get the code/purchase the game?

    Everything I can find about getting the stand alone map code is that it came with the pre-order of the game's release, and had to be redeemed by Dec. 5, 2013.

    After looking at Activision's site, they said with an update released on March 4, 2014 it's available to everyone.

    As Sara stated, this was a pre-order bonus that was made freely available to everyone within the first year of release. You shouldn't need to redeem a code at all to get access to this content.

    If I pre-order Call of Duty: Ghosts digitally, do I still get the Free Fall map?

    North America and Latin America

    • Xbox — There are no digital download pre-orders currently available for Xbox 360 or Xbox One. However, those who purchase the game on Xbox 360 Games on Demand between 11/5/2013 and 11/18/2013 will receive a token for Free Fall.Tokens will
      be delivered via email three weeks after date of purchase.
    • PlayStation — Anyone who pre-orders Call of Duty: Ghosts for digital download from PlayStation Network will also receive the Free Fall downloadable bonus map.
