call of duty ghost error "memory 2"

Hi , I want the admins to see my post , i have the problem when i open the campaign "memory 2" since i have downloaded the last update of cod ghost

this a big problem i want u to solve it or anyone give me the solve of it , bec i can't play the campaign after ive downloaded the update

Can I play with Call duty with the before stories ? (...)

2 weeks ago, I've been repay for a extension of a Call of duty Ghost, the technical support was tell me I can't play with the extension (it's logical) But can i just play with Call of duty ? Thank you, and sorry "for my bad english".

 

This is happening to e as well and I can't find any information about it on the internet.

 

I have the same problem also , some people are saying that it could be a Xbox 360 Xbox one Hardware problem but i have not a clue myself , i will leave a link ,

The link was interesting. I can not see how it is a hardware issue as everything was working fine for me until I applied the update. I will try removing the update tonight and see if I can play offline.

 

I did get in contact with with Microsoft today and they said its a Activision problem and that they are working on it as we speak.

 

I can confirm that it is caused by the title update. I deleted the update and started a new campaign as my current one was gone (thanks Activision) level loaded fine. Quit after the cutseen, loaded the update and the game hung with the memory error.

Guess I will have to wait for Activision to get the update for the update and then start the game from the beginning (good thing I was not too far into it).

 

Same here mate , I would of been gutted if i was on the final mission , lets hope it gets sorted asap.

 

Hey All!

After contacting Microsoft support, I was finally able to fix it!!

Here's what I did:

1. From the Dashboard go to Settings > System > Storage

2. Highlight the Hard Drive and Press "Y"

3. Select "Clear System Cache" (clear the cache 3x)

4. Uninstall the game from your hard drive and run it off the disc (if applicable).

Note: I tried to run the game after simply clearing the system cache, and I still got the error. So, then I decided to uninstall the game from my hard drive and give it another try and it worked!

This worked for me, and I hope it works for you.

 

All you have to do is uninstall the game and play from the hard disk.

Now to restart my game due to this issue deleting my save file.
