Call of Duty Ghost Combo Code missing Ghost for Xbox One

I had redeemed the call of duty ghost combo code on xbox.com. I received the copy for Xbox 360 but I didn't not receive the game for Xbox One. If anyone else is having this issue, please let me know. I checked on xbox.com and on
the One marketplace and ghost is still regular price. I checked my game library and it is still not there. I contacted Xbox support and they left it open for investigation, but I have a feeling that they are going to tell me that the code was only for ghost
for 360 and its backwards compatible because the support person mentioned it. I already had ghost hardened for 360 and I wanted to get the Xbox one copy at a cheap price. Some people still had the combo code so I bought one and ran into this issue. Does anyone
have any advice for this situation.

COD Ghost great buy at WalMart.....

WalMart has a great deal for COD GHOST when you buy Call Of Duty: Ghosts Digital Combo (Xbox 360 and Xbox One) you get two codes.its only $69.99.and yes it comes with the free map pack when you pre-order it...

I also see people who had ghost lost it. Could the removal of the standard copy for the gold edition be the reason why some people don't have COD Ghost for Xbox One? Doesn't the gold edition come with dlc and people who don't have the dlc no longer have
access to it?

Short answer: Yes. You own both versions if you purchased the combo.

Long answer: Yes, because the code for the digital combo entitles you to both versions of the game. The code you entered adds CoD: Ghosts for Xbox 360 AND CoD: Ghosts for Xbox One to your licenses, so your Gamertag account permanently owns the rights to
download that game at any time.

You should have no trouble downloading Ghosts for XB1 when you get it come November.

Your download history will show that you bought the game for the 360 and should charge you the reduced price for the Xbox One. If you're able to buy it digitally in the UK now, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
