    Call of Duty downloaded and unable to play it


    We have purchased and downloaded COD and when try to open it none of the icons are selectable. I went into purchase history and tried to redownload and already there. We clicked on purchase again and it told us already purchased and to go to our purchase history to install. Any suggestions on how to make this game live on the xbox?

    With issues like these, I'd suggest trying some basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing the Mac address and removing your account. However, if the issue persist, please try resetting your console (Keep games and apps). Follow this guide on how to reset your Xbox: How to reset your Xbox console to factory defaults | Xbox Support.

    Make sure to have your account login information available since you will need to re-add it during the set up.

    Call of Duty Warzone is free to download and play with an active Xbox Live subscription. The Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign is not.

    What you downloaded was the Beta, not the game. The Beta has yet to launch, which is why you are unable to play. There is no set date released to the public for the Beta just yet.
