    I purchased Call of Duty for PC from the Microsoft store. The site says I now own the game - great. When I press install/play, I am directed to the Microsoft store where the purchasing process starts again. How can I download the game I just purchased?

    Did you purchase Call of Duty Modern Warfare?

    Call of Duty Warzone is free to download and play with an active Xbox Live subscription. The Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign is not.

    Thanks for posting! For pre-ordering Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you will have access to a 1,000 Call of Duty points, which you can download following the steps below:

    • From the Home Screen, navigate to Store and then select Games.
    • Select Search games store.
    • Search for Infinite Warfare.
    • Locate and select Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare CP Incentive.
    • Select Download.
    • Re-launch Call of Duty: Black Ops III after the download is complete. Your points have been added to your account.
    As stated in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's description, you will receive 1,000 Call of Duty points instead of Crypto Keys.

    Let us know if you're able to download that!

    This game can only be played on your xbox 360 (or One if it's backweard compatible).

    Since it's not a play anywhere title, you can't play it on your pc.

    Hi - thanks for the suggestions. I did everything, and then restarted the PC. Whether I look in the Microsoft store or the xbox app, the only game in there is solitaire. My order summary says "You own this game". There is a button labeled "Install/Play" beside that message but that just takes me straight to the store where I am invited to purchase it again. I called the help line on the phone but Microsoft doesn't support that anymore.

    I'm fine getting help from the community, and thanks for the quick response. Not sure what to do next.
