Call of duty disc won’t install on Xbox series x

I sent mine back for warranty, it came back in the same condition, unrepaired, only they did a reset to the factory geniuses .

The disc still didn't work after their fantastic service, I sold the game and bought a digital one.

The second time I did not want to send the console to the service and waste time

I bought the hard version of cod mw 2 2022, and the game can't be installed, I returned the game, I got a new one and the same problem. I borrowed the same problem from a friend, I took all the steps from this temau, and the game still does not install, the drive turns the discs after a while and nothing happens anymore, my other disc games work normally, only this unfortunate call of duty I don't want

You're welcome and thank you so much for getting back to me. May I ask where you purchase the disc game? Since this is the only game that you're having an issue with on your Xbox Series X and other games work just fine, it can't be the disc drive.

For the last resort, let's try to reset the console keeping your games and apps and then try again.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
