Call of duty currently not available

I can't play black ops 1 on the Xbox one console i get a message saying call of duty eject the disc,then try again make sure you're using an Xbox one game, a music CD, or a movie on blue ray or DVD.(0x80820002)

When i try and buy it from the Xbox store it says Call of Duty Black ops is currently not available.

Is there something i'm missing or is it simply black ops isn't compatible with Xbox one yet?

Call of Duty: Black Ops is not currently available through Backwards Compatability, but keep an eye out as Microsoft has stated that it will be in future

 

Black Ops 2 Revolation map pack not in marketplace for me, can't download. Why/How to fix?

The DLC is not yet available in all gaming regions. I believe it is currently only available in the Americas.

Black Ops 1 should be supported, according to the
backward compatibility list.

Error 0x80820002 indicates a failure to read the disc.

Here's some ideas:

• Try power cycling your console.
  
• Ensure the disc is cleaned and not defective.
• Does the game still work on another Xbox One, or even your Xbox 360?
  
• Ensure you have the blu-ray player app installed. For some reason, this can help with some disc read errors for any disc on the Xbox One.
  
• If your console is not an Xbox One S, make absolutely sure your console is positioned horizontally. Do not mount the console vertically, this may cause long-term damage to the optical disc drive.
  
• Some (unofficial) reports state that tilting the console back (about 30 degrees) allows the disc-catching mechanism to function properly when you insert
  a disc after tilting. Please only try this method at your own risk.

Ok did you buy an out of region disc?

With blackops you need to match your account region to your physical region this included the disc

 

I tread these steps now i get this message when ever i try and use my blu-ray app to play my black ops 1 disc We're having trouble reading this.Make sure it's a Blu-ray or DVD. If it's a game, launch it from your games & apps instead.(0x91d70000)
