    I see multiple people having issues with the new cod crashing there games but it seems everyone can at least get past the starting menu. When I first purchased MW2 I was having this issue, when through activision support, they sent me to Microsoft, and they stated like I’ve seen multiple times in this forum that it’s an issue with the game. Well stupid is as stupid does and I spend the 55$ yesterday to buy MW3 on sale. Tried loading the game and it instantly froze my console, crashed the game out, and the crashed the console. I tried instantly going back in to my order history to get the game refunded, and can’t do that, so now out the money for the game a second time, and still not able to play.

    Lot of XBOX One games keeps crashing to dash

    Having the same issue with multiple games (Call of Duty and RYSE). In Call of Duty it was crashing from the menus and in RYSE it crashed during gameplay.

    There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

    You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

    Subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
