    Call of Duty Cold War Zombies


    Has anyone have any issues with the video graphics in Call Of Duty Cold War Zombies. I been experience a lot of problems in the game lately regarding the graphics. it kicks me out from the game in any map level. once I'll get the error in the graphics it will send me to the main menu kicking me out completely. I have the latest Xbox X and I have send it to Microsoft a few times to get it fix and they have send me a replacement and it keeps happening over and over. need help on getting this issue fix.

    I have no Content packs for Black Ops Cold War

    Sine this is a physical disc game, simply search the content packs directly on Microsoft Store. Here you go:

    Hi Derek,

    I have try all the configurations in the network using the primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4 and I have reseted my Xbox X series to factory. plus I have tested the xbox x on different network and different houses and the problem persist with the graphics issues. Xbox support has send me 3 units prior and every unit has the same problem.

    Please carry out these processes.

    Alright, let's try this here then

    Press and hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds, wait for it to turn off. Unplug it. Now wait 1 minute before turning it on.

    Configuration>Network>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual>Primary 1.1.1.1 and Secondary 1.0.0.1

    Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

    Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

    Select Settings.

    Select Network.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select NAT Test Type.

    Tell me what appears on this test, please

    Why do I have to buy the game twice

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order stated as "completed", once confirmed follow the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4

    The disc indeed includes the multiplayer and zombie packs we just need to ensure that they are installed.
