    Call Of Duty Cold War zombies Shut down and black screen error


    Have windows open and fans on still getting a Black Screen Ventilation error screen every other game works fine just when i go into Call of Duty Cold War zombies console shut itself down does not happen with no other game

    If the game is Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War or Assassin's Creed Valhalla, then the developers of the games are aware of the issue in regard to console shut down. They are working on a fix.

    Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the "reserved space", start the game again and see if it solves the problem.
