    The games is causing my Series X to hard reset and i can’t play it. I did wait a few days to see if it was going to be patched, i should not have to wait for the game to get good i spent 100 dollar and would rather but it into something i can actually
    play.

    All you can do is reply to the denial email and try and see if they will change their mind but generally speaking if the game had been purchased more than 2 weeks ago or had more than 2 hours of gameplay then its non refundable.
