    Call of Duty Cold War -- partially installed?


    I purchased this game with a digital code. I was getting the "Blackout Trial" error, but thanks to the article I was able to download the rest of the packs and now I can at least get into the game screen.

    NOW only the Zombies option is unlocked. Both Campaign mode and Multiplayer mode are "locked" and still want me to purchase the full game (purchased long ago). I go into file management, and it claims I have only partially installed the game. All available
    components for this game are downloaded.

    How can this get fixed?! I haven't been able to play this game since ~Dec 23rd. !!!

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    First, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account where the game was purchased.

    Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and then locate the transaction for the game. Once confirmed that it is showing from there, go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
