Call of Duty Cold War Multiplayer Audio Chat Not Working

Today, I sent the following message to Activision:

Greetings Activision,



So, I originally purchased the Call of Duty Cold War game back on November 13, 2020. After doing so I noticed:



1. The games multiplayer chat audio “does not” work (i.e., I could not hear other gamers speaking during team games).

2. The game “would not” allow me to access Warzone.

3. The game was mysteriously “shut down my console”, during multiplayer gameplay (this actually occurred more than once).



Anyway, once I discovered all of these “bugs” within the disk, I assumed that the disk was fundamentally corrupt, and I took it back to the store where I purchased it to get a new one. Now, before I installed my new copy of COD Cold War onto my console,
I “uninstalled” my previous Modern Warfare, and Cold War downloads. Then, I installed the new Cold War download thereafter. Upon doing this, I “still” noticed the multiplayer audio problem, and I still could not hear other players during teamplay. So, I guess
my reasonable question is this: Since so many people paid a considerable amount of money for a “functioning product”…when exactly is Treyarch going to fix this existing audio issue, so that the multitudes of gamers who bought their product can enjoy a video
game that serves as an example of quality craftmanship?
