Call of Duty Cold War Digital - STILL NOT WORKING!!!

I purchased Call of Duty Cold War at Launch. Purchased via Digital Card at Walmart (The ones you see on the End Cap for all the new games).

The code is printed on the Receipt. Came home, redeemed code - Played game - No problems!

It has been about 10-12 days now. The game WILL NOT WORK! I have been purchasing digital for over 15 years and have already tried every trick. Re-Installed, Un Installed, Redownloaded. Re-Assigned Home Console, Cleared System Cache, Uninstalled Internal
and re-installed on the External, you named it, I tried it, It DOES NOT WORK!

Today there was a slight break through as it no longer instantly tells me I don't Own the game and need to buy it,

Now it will at least Launch and tell me I do not own the Campaign, Zombies, etc. Clearly I do as all these items are installed and again, I PLAYED THE GAME FOR WEEKS WITH NO ISSUES!!!

The worst part, the most frustrating part is there is ABSOLUTELY zero support! I have tried every "Option" to choose for XBOX Live Chat Support - No Matter what I choose, I am sent to a screen that informs me XBOX Live Chat and Phone Support are not available
for this Issue! I HAVE CHOSEN EVERY ISSUSE OPTION YOU CAN CHOOSE!

I can't Return the "Card" to Walmart. I wish I could I would and just buy a physical copy!!!

When is this going to be FIXED? WHY CAN'T I have a REFUND? It doesn't work!!! Just give me the Refund in Credit so I can repurchase it from the dang XBOX Store with my Credit Card so the DANG thing will work!!!!

I can tell you what the dang problem is! The Store Doesn't recognize I own the dang Game! If I go into "My Games & Apps" It recognizes it but when I go to it Via the "Store" the ONLY Option is to purchase it again for $59.99!!!

The company Name on the top right hand corner of the Digital Card I purchased at Walmart is "Powered by Fastcard".

I NEVER buy games like this - I usually buy them straight from the Dash Board, the only reason I used this method of purchase is because it was a Birthday Gift and I wanted them to see/feel have something tangible so it felt like a gift! So now my Family
member is looking at me like I gave them a Blank Card or some bogus Free Trial card!!! Argh!!!

The lack of support is completely unacceptable! For years I have been telling my kids Steam is trash, because they don't offer chat and phone support. Whenever I have an issue with Microsoft I can pick up the phone and get it resolved. This new business
model is every bit as bad if not worse then STEAM!!!! There is NO EXCUSE NOT TO EMPLOY HUMANS TO ASSIST HUMANS!!!

This stinks and you all should be ashamed of yourselves!
