Call of Duty Cold War Cross gen bundle not letting me install

I bought the cross gen bundle first when i was on my xbox one s. When I switched over to my series s it tells me not sold separately and doesn't show up whatsoever in my games and apps. Even though on my xbox one s its in my games and apps but doesn't show up on the other console and act like i don't even own it and try to make me pay for the cross gen upgrade when I already own it on my xbox one s. Same account and everything. Is there anything I can do to transfer it to my series s?

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

Once logged in, kindly check if you see an install option for the game there.

Click install if you see it and it should add the game to the queue page on your console.

If it doesn't install, please try to install the game remotely. Kindly do the steps below to set it up first.

Sign in on your console using the same Xbox profile you’ll be using on your mobile or PC app.

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide and go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

Check the box to enable remote features.

For Power options, select Sleep mode.

Note: If the console isn’t set to Sleep mode, remote features won’t work. This is so installation can start even when you’re not there to turn on the console.

After that, download the Xbox app on your mobile phone, sign in to your account there then search for the game. Make sure it is the Xbox Series X/S version you are installing by typing in "Black Ops Cold War - Xbox Series X/S" Select "Download to console."

Once you have this you'll need to go to the Mircosoft Store on your Xbox and re-download the Series X|S version.

Hi, unfortunately not, if you have the Standard version for One S and One X, you will need the cross gen bunddle that activision has released
