Call of duty cold war- accidently bought it -need refund

I bought Call of Duty cold war 2 days ago. I already purchased the game on the Xbox. I accidently purchased the game again for the Xbox instead for the PC. I looked in my history to try to request for a refund, but the game is not in my history. How can I get a refund or have the game switch to the PC? Please some help me

If it's not visible on your order history it may be purchased on a different account that you have. You may need to check other Microsoft account that you own.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

What version of the game do you own and how are you trying to upgrade it?

My understanding is that you need to purchase the upgrade directly via the store on the Series X.
