    Call of Duty Black Ops gift issues


    Hi. I ordered my son the call of duty black ops game back in august as a preorder digital deluxe download. I purcahsed it as a gift. I was billed and the game was released on his xbox but he did not have the season pass that was included in the bundle.
    I didn’t get any code via email. I recieved a message on my xbox live about the pass being included but it was on my xbox live account not his. I installed the pass on his xbox and he played it fine but yesterday he signed in and his pass was missing and its
    only giving him the option to buy it now.

    I do apologize for the inconvenience, It looks like the game was not properly gifted if he did not receive the Game pass, I would recommend attempting to Request
    a Refund     and then re-gifting the game to your sons account. You can always follow the "Help with giving digital games
    as gifts    " article for assistance in purchasing as a gift.
