Call of duty black ops Deluxe problem

Hi I preorded Call of duty black ops 3 for about a mounth ago Deluxe with should included Season pass. downloaded and wating untill for 00.01 today and shaw that I had to pay for Season pass i have been locking support and could not find anyone else had
the problem what should i do

I have the Sam problem , it says i have the season pass but wont allow me to play the giant or nuketown

 

Ok for me it works fine both the giant and nuketown and the skins but not the season pass do you know what I can do to get my money back if possible

 

I'm having the same issue as well. Nuketown and the giant zombies map is not showing up, even though they are both installed. I also bought the digital deluxe edition. I am also a preview member. Do you have the new dashboard? Someone has suggested that
this is the issue.

 

For me i had to charge for Season pass even that is included in the deluxe verion

 

Me too, I also had to charge for Season pass again. This is all making me so mad. I cannot access the maps, season pass needs to be purchased again. Has the new dashboard done this? I'm never being a preview member again.

 

I am having the same issue as well it says that I have the giant map and nuketown installed but when I go to the game I can't get into private game on the giant map with friends cos it doesn't show that I have it in game or I don't have nuketown in the bonus
game or in public matches also.

 

Are you a preview member? Do you have the new dashboard? Every one I know who has this problem is a preview member with the new dashboard.

I fix the problem I got my money back

 

Yeah I am a preview member so that might be the problem, but I'm not going to re roll from the new dashboard as when my friend did , it reset his whole xbox to factory new and he had to install everything again

 

Did yous all get hit with a 3gb update when you launched the game , cause I did and I know others didn't and there's works perfectly fine

 

Same thing is happening too me, purchased season pass and pre order for Nuketown, yet there not visible or playable, i put it down too being a preview member

 

I Got no update upon starting the game, wasted money on DLC that's not playable, so *** =(
