    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War not working.


    I preordered Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, have been playing it up to the few last updates, game struggled to launch, got a message saying it is corrupted then uninstall and reinstall to fix it and wouldn't reinstall, keep getting installation stopped message, I also purchased the standard edition of the game. When I went into the store to look for the game it looks like i never purchased the game, and when I finally found the version I bought it says the item is not available to purchase. I've tried multiple times to get in touch with someone at Microsoft to assist me with my problem, but no response.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
