    So I preordered Bo4 like a month ago and participated in both the beta as well as the blackout mode but now its telling me that I need to re-buy the game stating that my purchase was declined. My error code is (0x803f8007) someone please help!!!! I do
    not want to spend another $100 on this game

    If you pre-order Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 through the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, or Battle.net, you don't need a code. You're automatically registered to participate in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Private Beta.

    Hey there first of all you will need to make sure you have actually been charged for the game by following the instructions here: Xbox Billing History | Xbox Download History | Xbox Live Charges

    If you have been charged you will have to get in contact with xbox support via their support chat or by phoning them in order for this issue to be sorted. We have limited capabilities on our end.
