Call of Duty:Black Ops 4 can´t be bought by money in the Argentina store, Why?

I´d like to know why in the Argentina store BO4 can be only bought by a code and there is no option of buying it by money, it doesn´t show a price or anything like that. However the battle pass can be bought for AR$999 even though the game can´t be. Also
below the only option that I have(redeem a code) It says "Call of Duty:Black ops 4 isn´t available at this moment" but that msg has been there for more than a half and a week

If I change the location where I am from(Argentina) to any other like Mexico, Chile, Usa,Spain, etc there is the option tu buy it.

So, Is it a problem of my account or xbox or in Argentina BO4 isn´t available by money yet?

I´d be grateful if I receive any solution
