Call of Duty: Black Ops 3

Alright well i Just recently received an xbox one elite for my birthday. I unboxed it and set it up on June 20th using my one and only gamertag. I logged into my xbox 360 today, and saw on my dashboard that i had a special offer where if i activate an xbox
one with the same gamertag i use on on my 360 by june 27th, i receive a free copy of Black Ops 3. In the fine print, it says that i will receive a code by 7/15/2016, and i am aware that the day has not passed, but my question is am i eligible to receive the
game? I want to know if i will be waiting around for nothing. I'm not sure if the special offer started after the 20th, or if it was available on that day. I guess my main question is if anyone can tell me when that special offer started? I already contacted
microsoft support and i was told to come here since he couldn't find anything on that particular offer. Thank you to anyone in advance who is able to help me out.

by the mistake I buyed forza horizon 3 but really I want call of duty black ops 3 can you refund please or echange the game to call of duty black ops 3 please please
