Q: When will Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 be released?

A: Call of Duty Black Ops 3 will be released on November 6th, 2015.

Q: When can I download the Call of Duty Black Ops 3?

A: Once you have completed your purchase, you can download the game from Xbox Live, but it will not be playable until 12:01am EST on the release date.

Q: I've pre-order Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and I want to access the pre-order content:

A: After pre-ordering Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, you will receive 2 Advanced Supply Drops and a Call of Duty: Black Ops 3-themed personalization pack to use in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. You can access your pre-order content by completing the following
steps:

• First, make sure to close out of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on your Xbox One console.
  
• From the Home screen, go to the Store and select Games.
• Select Search Games.
• Search for Black Ops.
• Select Black Ops 3 Pre-Purchase Bonus from the search results.
• Select Black Ops 3 Pre-Purchase Bonus to download the content.
• Once you have downloaded the content, launch Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
  
• The 2 advanced Supply Drops, camo, emblem, calling card, and 3 reticles will be available in the New Items section of the Xbox Live Multiplayer menu.
  

Q: What are the new movement systems featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3?

A: New Chain-based fluid movements will be featured in Black Ops 3, which will allow players to move through the environment with finesse, power slides, swimming, wall-running and much more! For more information, check out the

Q: What are the new playable soldiers featured in the new Specialist Character System?

A: Each specialist character features a unique weapon as well as ability. Check below for each specialist as well as each weapon and ability:



Ruin:

• Weapon- Gravity Spikes: Spikes that create an explosive shockwave when slammed to the ground.
  
• Ability- Overdrive: Cybernetic leg augmentation that enables a temporary burst of speed.
  

Seraph:

• Weapon- Annihilator: Massive high-caliber revolver that fires devastating penetration rounds.
  
• Ability-Combat Focus: While active, all score earned will trigger a bonus multiplier towards scorestreaks.
  

Nomad:

• Weapon- Hive: Deploys POD traps which release a deadly swarm of Nano drones when triggered.
  
• Ability- Rejack: Recover from the position of your death with an injection of Nanoparticle serum.
  

Prophet:

• Weapon- Tempest: Charge-shot weapon that fires an arc of electricity, shocking targets and chaining to all nearby enemies.
  
• Ability- Glitch: Flash back to a previous position with this system mod that hacks the battlefield simulation grid.
  

Outrider:

• Weapon- Sparrow: Compound bow that fires bolts with increasing force the longer it is drawn and explodes enemies on impact.
  
• Ability- Vision Pulse: Sonic pulse that pings the surrounding area and reveals enemies within range.
  

Reaper:

• Weapon- Scythe: Arm-integration quad-barrel mini-gun.
• Ability- Psychosis: Infiltrate enemy ONI systems to simulate three instanced Decoy Reapers.
  

Spectre:

• Weapon- Ripper: Spectre deploys mono-edged twin blades before gracefully dissecting victims with lethal, surgical precision.
  
• Ability- Active Camo: Advanced META-Materials rapidly change their properties, guiding photons over their surfaces instead of reflecting them, rendering Spectre temporarily invisible.
  

Battery:

• Weapon-War Machine: This grenade launcher fires time-fused bouncing frag grenades which explode on contact with an enemy.
  
• Ability- Kinetic Armor: Charged electronically-reactive armor that sublimates enemy bullets on contact, turning them into a vapor which dissipates harmlessly.
  

Firebreak:

• Weapon-Purifier: A flamethrower that projects a steady stream of heat, incinerating anyone or anything unfortunate enough to be engulfed by it.
  
• Ability- Heat Wave: Rapid-cycling heat syncs dump a stored thermal charge which stuns enemies near the user.

3. Does my DLC from Call of Duty games
transfer to Xbox One?

Call of Duty 2

No, DLC compatibility is not part of the backward compatibility program for Call of Duty 2. DLC content previously purchased on Xbox 360 is not available to play on Xbox One.

Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops II

Yes, DLC content previously purchased on Xbox 360 is available to play on Xbox One.
