    Call of Duty Black Ops 3 NAT Issue.


    Activision first off says that they cant help whatsoever. So, I'm trying the Xbox community as my last hope... My connection is as follows... I have WideOpenWest as my ISP running about 30 mbps. I have a router which is a TP-Link Archer C7. I have
    the NAT enabled. I have all the xbox one ports opened as ALL with the IP that was designated to my xbox. The UPnP is also enabled on the router. I have tried also to put my xbox in the DMZ. The best I can get, an OPEN nat through my xbox and a MODERATE through
    Call of Duty. Any other suggestions or help? Thanks in advance.

    My nat still moderate after all ports forwarded

    I have had the issue of having to forward prots on my router for my xbox one to be able t play call of duty online at first they were always moderate or strict i have forwarded all ports for call of duty black ops 3 to have open nat but not the backwards
    compatible black ops one any ideas ???

    Hi Roy3131,

    If you're Xbox is in the DMZ and you're still getting NAT issues, then the issue would most likely be with your ISP or modem. It could be the router, but DMZ is any and all ports to your Xbox at your public IP. I saw another thread with WideOpenWest NAT
    issues, so perhaps there is something on their network causing the issue. have you called them to see if this is a known issue for them?

    I used to play a lot of call of duty and sometimes I would get that " moderate nat" message , never got it on any other game and it never affected my gameplay on call of duty so I just ignored it....and since you have been in there making changes , I would
    reset the router to factory defaults as you may have some conflicts in there now ...

    Well, I figured it out... I have an Arris Cable modem which has a built in router. I have an additional router to handle the traffic better. So, I tried bridging my cable modem, but it wouldn't let me. So, I connected my xbox to the cable modem router.
    Put the Xbox into the DMZ through there, and BAM.. OPEN NAT for my xbox and Call of Duty!
