call of duty black ops 3 freezing

I've ben having a problem with call of duty black ops 3 where it will freeze every time it tries to load the main menu (I haven't actually been able to play the game at all yet) and then will either kick me out to the dash board or force my console to reset
itself and was wondering if any one else had had this problem and found any solutions, (I have already tried hard reseting and clearing the system cache as well as uninstalling it and reinstalling it)

Go to system then storage find the BO 3 folder and delete Title Update then restart the game you should be good.

I've got the same problem!!! I'm about 5 miles passed *** off!!!!!!!!

 

Nope!!! After deleting the Title Update it comes back & says I "must" have the update in order to play. Bunch of crap

 

it should reinstall the title update, also

try this

remove your network on the xbox * pull cable out or unplug the wifi then load it, if should load fine, then

when inside the game plug your network back in and choose play online

you will see status changed log in and then try to play it,

say like if it worked please I am trying to continue with testing this and saying yes will tell me its working with this test which would help then find a fix.

I am having the same exact problem. This happened to me with other call of duty titles also such as advanced warfare

 

They may be working on it looks to be intermittent now happens at random log ins.

 

I've just about had it with xbox. Black Ops III seems like it's in a loop & freezes when it starts up. If there's NOT an update or something to fix this problem soon, I'm smashing it & NEVER EVER having anything to do with xbox again!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

 

same here. first chat with xbox support they told me to buy another download code lol. activision said "we'll investigate it". both refuse to refund, so in customer support language they pretty much said **** off.

 

I'm telling everybody I can get a hold of to NOT buy Black Ops III, not only that but to RUN away as fast as you can!!!1

Please try this..

1- Go to settings > Disc & Blu-Ray > Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage and clear it 5 times

2- Delete your profile from Xbox one .

3- Pres and hold power button on Xbox One for 15 sec

4- Wait 3 minutes

5- Start your Xbox One again

6- Re download your profile

7- Play same map and give a try

8- If still same issue than go to Microsoft Support and tell them every thing and ask them for a refund and buy BO3 again.

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with this? I have the disc version, same thing as everyone above. However, on a couple of occasions it has actually worked, and I have been able to play. Activision, and xbox, are both unhelpful on the issue. I have
tried everything humanly possible.
