Call of Duty Black Ops 3 downloaded but unable to play

we downloaded the game but we are unable to place it. it is not opening up.

I can´t play Call of Duty Black Ops 2

I buy and downloaded Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and i would play it and i become a message "Call of Duty Black Ops 2 may not be started."

What should i do?

I've re-downloaded the game
but it is still there.

I would like to have my money back.

Asall betas they are a limited time offers

You will have to wait for thebbeta to start before you can do anything

The beta is not expected till late 2015 so pretty much anything past october

 

What you downloaded was the Beta, not the game. The Beta has yet to launch, which is why you are unable to play. There is no set date released to the public for the Beta just yet.

 

You have to wait until the beta will be release in mid August. The beta will last for about 2-3 weeks.

I am guessing you Preordered the game to get this code, you will not be able to play the game because the beta hasn't been launched yet. I am guessing around August to before november but Xbox One dates TBA.
