    Call of Duty Black Ops 2 (Xbox One)


    I just re-purchased black ops 2 as a sale. My old emblem is still there but i want to edit another one. However this message

    "You cannot access user-created content because it is blocked by a profile's privacy settings. You can chamge these settings by editing the member content section of your gamer profile"

    I dont have a child account and all my privacy settings are set to everybody. At this point all i can give next is my account and credit info. This was pretty much my only reason for purchasing to look at my old theater clips but theater mode is blocked too. Any helpful advice would be appreciated and please no empathy posts.
