    Call of duty black op3 3 freezes after installing update


    Just installed an update this morning. The game keeps freezing while connecting to the servers. I tried on my second xbox and the same happens.

    This game is a disgrace.

    I'm sorry to know about the experience that you're having with the game. As a troubleshooting step, can you try to play a different online game and see if the same issue would persist? If not, then you will need to contact the game developer of this game
    which is Activision as there's a chance that it's an in-game issue not the game or console itself. If you experienced the same issue then please do contact the Xbox Technical Department as this can be an issue with the system. Here's their contact info:
