    If you preordered digitally, you'll automatically be registered and won't receive a code. Otherwise, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from.

    If you pre-order Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 through the Microsoft Store you don't need a code. You're automatically registered to participate in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Private Beta.
