    Call of Duty: AW Updating Problem


    I downloaded it again and am now at the multiplayer screen where it says installing and Xbox live is grayed out. Purchased a hard copy and had the same issue. Have now installed it 3 times and hasn't worked. Really disappointed I've wasted a day off
    and missed out on half of double xp at this point. Has anybody had success?

  2. Hey, everyone! I'm incredibly sorry to see the issues with downloading Advanced Warfare! If you are stuck at 100%, please following these steps:

    • Uninstall the game
    • Hold the power button on console for 10 seconds (or until it shuts off)
    • Power the console back on
    • Reinstall the game from My Games & Apps
    This should prompt it to fully download.

    If you have the disc version, please try installing the game without being connected to your internet. That should help you download it to your hard drive quicker.

    If you are having issues with it taking a while to download, please remember that this download is almost 46 GB and download speeds can vary depending on your internet connection. If you would like to, please check out our
    slow performance network troubleshooter to see if that may help you out with your internet speeds on your console.

    Day One double XP will be available until 12:01am EST tonight, so you still have plenty of time to gather that XP. Hopefully this gets you all sorted out. If you still end up stuck at 100% after doing these steps, please post back in here so that we can look

  6. All I am saying is that many of us have data caps and get penalized for going over that cap. Downloading a game 2 and 3 times that is 46 gigs adds up quickly. Re downloading games that are this size is not a viable option.

    This is an absolute travesty!!! Microsoft fix your glitch!!! I'm starting my third (3rd) download of this ridiculous spectacle of a launch. Just bundle a disc or better yet hand me a disc when I pick up my over priced custom console. Two days of game
    play wasted and additional wasted hours of my life preordering and waiting in line for the privilege of dealing with this cluster F for an extra day. C'mon you guys are better then this. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! BTW: I'm running solid 90/10Mbps fiber
    access and your download still sucks the life out of me! Are you kidding!!!! Third install is now stuck and won't even hit 1%!!!!!!!!!!

    I've been trying to download this game since 11:30am and at 9:45pm, I got up to 94% and then it went back down to 80%. What the hell. Not only did I and other gamers miss out on the double XP, most of us have to go to bed soon because we have to go to work
    tomorrow. Talk about a wasted night. Maybe I should have bought a PS4 instead!!!

    I called my local GameStop to see if my local shop knew anything about this issue. Reality is it's effecting and continues to affect PS4 as well as Xbox users. Sony and MS continue to work in this issue. I'm looking at my Xbox One download (my 4th!!!!
    attempt) and I still rock solid at 7%!!!!!! This is outrageous This sort of big should have been rectified well before launch guys. C'mon MS get it together!!!!! Frustrated Gamer with no playable content after 24 full hours!!!!

    This sucks been waiting all day for this to download. What a horrible way to sell the game very disappointed. Will never be downloading games again only buying hard copy my download speed is testing at 14.8 mbps down and 1.4mbps up and 107mil. I even
    called in sick so I could play all day and take advantage of the double XP so far i have zero xp and a lot of frustration!

    I have the same problem with the day zero edition. mines downloaded and said ready to start but when i clicked it did nothing. Now i just uninstalled and am re-installing now at 1% for the past 20 minutes. this sucks!

    I have the same problem. It says 100%, but it's actually RE-DOWNLOADING the game.

    If you check your bandwidth usage, it shows that the game is re-downloading. This is so horrific. What an utter failure on the part of Microsoft.

    Yep, having the same problem.... Extremely frustrating. It's been sitting there for over an hour now with the "Updating... 100%" thing. I know something at least is working right because after about 15 mins my add-ons updated to complete, but of course
    they're useless without the game. I canceled a preorder at GameStop for this so I could play an hour early, but then they later decided to sell the game at EST time as well, so I would have been back over half an hour ago and enjoying the game.

    Definitely won't be buying anything off of the Xbox Live Store anymore...
