sure hasn't as far as I am aware they haven't made a attempt to reach out with answer or even any word on this issue as far a solution and I am pretty sure refunds cannot be given it says so on the purchase I sure hope they fix it and let us know the progress
towards it

yes same prob for me aswell............frustrating - tried clearing game data and re-downloading from storage but it still didn't get season pass back

Just wanted to pop back in here to reassure you all that this issue is still continuing to be investigated. Support over at Activision have posted an

alert on their site about this and will a status update once it has been resolved.

Thanks so much for trying out the provided troubleshooting steps and for your continued patience as we are looking into this, as I can certainly understand how this could be frustrating. I'll post up any updates here once I receiving any more
information, as well.

I'm tired of getting set back when the more dedicated players like ourselves who buy the season pass for a day one download is being punished because the companies cannot control/regulate their own servers frequently and appropriately, we're all gamers and
they're the creators so it's frustrating to think that someone, somewhere isn't doing their job correctly. I hope you guys/gals find a solution

I own the season pass on 360 also have everything else downloaded but still cannot access the new dlc Xbox store says I have not bought it somehow, but all downloads are present on the system.

same my dlc was acting up a few weeks ago... this isnt happening to anyone else so far that i know of
