call of duty aw season pass

I purchased the season pass and its on my console for advanced warfare but when I go to store in game or out it says I have to purchase it it is on my history and everything I cannot figure this out and im trying to download the new map pack today without
having to pay more please help I have even re downloaded it.

Xbox 360 to Xbox One Purchase Options

Hi,

I have the Xbox 360 Call of Duty AW DVD and recently purchased a Xbox One. with the season pass, can I get the Xbox One version of CoD or do I need to re-purchase. I know the upgrade offer expired in March but I'm not sure if the season pass applies for
upgrades anytime.

 

Forza 6 DLC not on my profile but on shared profile.

We never had a problem with say, the Season Pass on Call of Duty: AW. He paid for it on his account but since we are linked, we both have access to it. But we both have copies of the actual game...

 

Same here for me, my season pass didn't transfer over to my one

 

I purchased it on 360 and its not working on 360 im so confused

 

same my dlc was acting up a few weeks ago... this isnt happening to anyone else so far that i know of

 

I own the season pass on 360 also have everything else downloaded but still cannot access the new dlc Xbox store says I have not bought it somehow, but all downloads are present on the system.

 

it doesn't even say purchased for season pass im confused n mad I wanna play new dlc

 

Is there even anyone working on this? Cause it would seem as if no one from support is even monitoring this forum. Everyone has the same problem, we have paid for a product that we do not have access to. Would just at least like someone to acknowledge this
fact and that there will be a solution.

Still not working is there not a way to just look up people's accounts to see if they bought it and just fixing it that way and it's not affecting all players, do the a affected players have anything in common? Maybe it could help

I'm tired of getting set back when the more dedicated players like ourselves who buy the season pass for a day one download is being punished because the companies cannot control/regulate their own servers frequently and appropriately, we're all gamers and
they're the creators so it's frustrating to think that someone, somewhere isn't doing their job correctly. I hope you guys/gals find a solution

Hi is there any updated info on this I have a very impatient child lol if it can't be fixed please refund as I can't afford to be throwing money away please help!!!
