Call of Duty AW not downloading.

I purchaed Call of Duty AW from the XBoxONE store last night. It is just sitting in my Quene in installing state. Did it download already or is it stuck in this state due to the issue right now with purchasing. I did get the confirmation email that I purchased
it. Did it fully download because it is stuck in installing or like I said is it because of the current issue with purchasing?

Problem Downloading Call of Duty AW

Hello everyone, I recently purchased Call of Duty Advanced Warfare from the xbox store.

I started the download around a week ago, I have a 1mbps download speed so it is very slow though I don't mind the time as I have other games to keep me busy while it downloads.

4 days ago I got the option and I could start the game and play until yesterday, I started the game and I got pulled back to the queue section where it said game was updating.

It's been 2 days and I the update is still at %1, how is it possible?

My game was around %47 download before the update was pushed and now the update is stuck at %1. I can't enter the game even when I disconnect from wifi and restart the console. I also do not have the option to cancel the update. Now I checked the bandwidth
usage and it shows a solid 400mb/hour as it had been downloading the whole time.

I wanna know if the update is stuck because the game is still downloading? how can I access the game again? and does anyone know how I can check the percentage of the actual game download?

Hello Suezyg! if the installation is stuck at a certain percentage, then you may want to goto settings>power and start up>restart now. This should unfreeze the installation.
