Call of Duty AW disappeared

I realized the purchase of the game Call of Duty
Advanced Warfare but my game
disappeared after a few months of use. The game
was purchased digitally for Xbox
One store. I have your purchase receipt
in my e-mail and the message that appears
is "Do you own this game or application?

If you have a game disc, insert it now.
Otherwise, make sure you are connected to Xbox
Live. If you do not have rights
to play it, you must buy the game on
Xbox Games Store. ".

I tried everything that support advised
but could not solve, I had to uninstall the game
and I have no more reinstalling, the only
option is unfair now buy again and
the price here in Brazil is not cheap.
I do not know what to do!

Very unhappy that i have waited two weeks for the Advanced Warfare Bundle. Not only did i preorder this, but i took a day off of work JUST to play. A wasted day. Many people have had the same issues as the game download not working and i will be extremely
upset if they dont offer something to make up for it. At least one DLC map pack or SOMETHING. This is ridiculous.

I must say the Xbox itself was worth waiting for, but as far as having to now wait to play while other people get to even after the preorder is very unpleasant.

 

If the store is not allowing you to reinstall the game then head to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right. If the game was purchased using your gamertag it should be listed there as available to download.

Ok, check out commerce.microsoft.com. If the purchase of the game is listed there under your gamertag then it was purchased under that tag and you should contact phone support for more assistance.

If it is not then it may have been purchased using a different tag.
