    I have a problem when I want to play with other people. When I am loading into a game with other people it says things like: Can not connect to game. Does anyone else have this issue

    There should be no issues currently while trying to play online. Make sure to check your network connection, and also run a network test.

    Go to Settings > General > Network settings. Select Test network connection.

    If the outcome is good, then follow these steps:

    1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

    2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

    3. Connect it to wall again.

    4. Turn it on.

    5. Try to run an online game and see if the issue has been resolved.
