Call of Duty Advanced Warfare trouble with downloading

I pre-ordered CoD AW Day Zero. I have a problem with downloading. The game is downloaded 100% but it's not finished yet. My xbox live status is saying;

Purchase and Content UsageLimited
Affected platforms:

• Xbox One
  

Affected services:

• Downloading items that you have already purchased

Wont recognize my AW code

That despite the xbox.com product description page reading:

".... The bundle also includes the full game download of the Call of Duty®: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition, with early access and double XP on November 3..."

Several people here are not happy.

 

Well, you're further than me. It's day 3, and all I've managed to see after buying the AW Bundle was 14% installed this morning, after staring at 7% all day yesterday.

Live and Support really isn't doing a stellar job explaining the issue, or their progress, other than seeing "We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix ASAP." or "Check back in 30 minutes"...I've been checking for 3 days...

 

its not downloading when i buy it on my box. the struggle

 

I'm no better I started downloading it Tuesday and I had 27 percent downloaded by Friday. I was able to play level and that's it. It has not downloaded any further. Kinda wish I hadn't upgraded to the One and just bought this game for my 360.

 

Try uninstalling then redownloading worked for me

 

Hello, a friend have the same problem with his new Xbox COD AW pre-load !

If he uninstall the game, how certain are we that he could redownloading the game without pay it ?

Bought this game five days ago for the 360, still have yet to see a 1% download. keeps saying can't download call of duty advanced warfare. Maybe one of these days.

 

Work harder! It's been 24 hours after spending $500 to not play a *** thing!!!!! I don't need feedback just results.
