    Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Season Pass


    Completed an update and now my season pass is gone. Asking me to purchase it again and $14.99 for the DLC. Suggestions? I can't find anywhere to talk to someone live and I'm not spending another $49.99. It doesn't even show up in my download history now

    half the day is almost gone and its still not fixed and when we got the season pass it was to make shure that we didnt have to worry about wait but here we all are waiting still and there just going to take there time and treat the loyal fans of xbox like
    *** if they were realy on it it would of been fixed along time ago and if they really cared there would give us something for the whole time wasted waiting because of there mess up if this keeps going on im going to ps4 and not wasting time anymore here

    I have my season pass but it still wants me to pay for my ascendance package. Is this gonna be fixed soon? If not i would like a refund on my season pass and i'll just buy the maps as they come out. To give a bit more information. Im on xbox one. I originally
    got game on xbox 360 and season pass, transferred it all over months ago. Just cant get the new maps.

    I have uninstalled and reinstall and turned off and unplugged everything. I have tried everything. Fix this please or refund.

    I'm sorry, but this question has NOT been answered ... As of April 1st @ 4pm in Washington. I still have no season pass after having downloaded it several weeks ago and also REdownloding it lastnight it still wants me to pay for the *** thing. So no .. Issue
    not resolved ... Getting seriously *** because I have Atlas G. And all of the weapons this far, including the OHM, but I'm not able to get the maps. FIX THIS!!

    I purchased the season pass when it was $34.99. After the mandatory update yesterday, it now no longer shows I have a season pass nor can I download the Ascendance DLC without having to pay for it. I have the OHM Werewolf weapon....this makes no sense.
    Please fix this.

    They should have pulled their finger out when it happened way back when with Havoc - unfortunately it doesn't mean they wanna do anything when the steal our money.

    Microsoft/Xbox should be up in arms as they are the ones that take the brunt of it - oops, forgot they are the ones that mark up the price by 20% for a Digital Download (which they have wanted since before the Xbox1 was released) and then tell us it's the
    fault of a partner!

    Both of you need to pull your fingers out and get it sorted - I look forward to *** about not being able to play for 48-72 hours when the next DLC comes out when they still haven't solved the issues!

    'til next time - oh and fix the glitch in zombies you idiots!

    Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Season Pass

    Hey guys, if you're still experiencing this issue, I would suggest trying out these steps to see if we can get you sorted!

    1. Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
    2. Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
    3. Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
    4. Navigate to the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare in-game store and try downloading the Ascendance DLC.
    If after you try these steps above and you're still being prompted to purchase the Ascendance DLC even though you are a Season Pass holder, please let us know. Thanks so much!

    Transfer content from 360 to One

    Sorry but it does mean that you must purchase the content again.

    If you have Call of Duty Advanced Warfare or Destiny that were purchased as digital copies then you can upgrade them for free.

    Destiny until January 15 (includes season pass)

    Call of Duty Advanced Warfare until March 31 (included game, pass and additional digital content).

    My comment above where I said that you could get a Xbox 360 version if you bought the Xbox version was wrong. You upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, or PS3 to PS4. You can't go the other way.
