I have brought season pass an re downloaded but it still has told me to purchase the season pass like I have not brought it but it gave me the new weapon OHM but it won't give me the second dlc an tells me it's 34.99 to buy season pass even know it's
in my download history

Sorry but it does mean that you must purchase the content again.

If you have Call of Duty Advanced Warfare or Destiny that were purchased as digital copies then you can upgrade them for free.

Destiny until January 15 (includes season pass)

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare until March 31 (included game, pass and additional digital content).

 

I'm having a similar problem I bought the season pass and I cannot download the acendance pack I got the ohm gun but can't download pack

 

Have finally gotten onto the Xbox Live status page and shock horror - "hurry up and wait, don't worry we didn't learn from our 1st mistake but we are working on it".

We pay all that money for your season pass and to *** doesn't even work.! Sort your *** out you have the money and the details in our accounts why can you just give us what we paid for ?????? Situations like this would make me want to change console.. Its
weird how on xbox360 you can download it straight away. And you call this next gen..??? #angryzombieplayer!!

 

Another FAIL by these clowns. We really need to stop giving them our money.

I love how the people that pay more for the dlc's get to play them first every time.

im tired of it how about FIXING THE SEASON PASS so that it knows I have it for a change.

instead they just wait for something to come out and no season pass holders can get it and they are all like we are working on it...

meanwhile millions of people are playing the game while I complain in a chat box or forum.

 

This *** getting ridiculous. Bad enough i'm out of 110 dollars. At least let me play the trash game.

 

Very last time pos xbox gets my money and rips me off my not getting what I paid for.. Dont bother fixing it I am turning on my ps4 and posting the video I made of me destroying my xbox one becuse it was junk.. controllers always lock there self out, my
eye quit working for no apparent reason it never even got touched, the xbox freezes and has to unplugged to work again...Junk! Last dlc took 3 days to be accessible. my ps4 hasnt give me one prob since launch... [Mod Removed]! they only care about taking your
$ then they could careless about you! We all should be able to download it with with a full refund Immediately after buying the new dlc that would fix the [Mod Removed] problem for most of us that could afford to buy it again... wasted $110 for nothing. I
am crippled and cant move 80% of my body or I would do something else besides play games etc.... but watch this crips video destroying an xbox later today on youtube!

 

Your not out any money. There is an issue it will get fixed. Life isn't over. The game still works.

Anyone know why once again as a Pre-ordered Season Pass holder I am unable to download the Ascendance DLC? If memory serves correctly the same was for Havoc and all we got was we are working on it - I have reset, uninstalled etc etc.

I can see it is available and COD in it infinite wisdom keeps reminding me with the "message of the day" each time I try to play but unfortunately I have to pay again to download Ascendance.

Any information regarding this would be great - should caveat this with helpful information.
