Q: Where can I purchase Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and additional downloadable content?

A: It’s available with Pre-Order from the Microsoft Store and participating retailers.

Q: What versions of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare are available for purchase on Xbox 360?

A: You can purchase a disc version.

Q: What exactly is Day Zero?

A: Day Zero is applicable to all versions and bundles of the title. On November 3rd, the game will be released and will allow you to gain double XP for 24 hours starting at 12:01 AM EST on November 3rd and ending at 12:01 AM EST November 4th.

Q: What does Day Zero give me?

A: Day Zero is available November 3rd, 2014 - ahead of the standard edition launch, it includes access to Double XP on November 3rd, as well as two custom weapons and the Advanced Arsenal custom exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum directed energy weapon.

Q: Can I purchase the Season Pass after the game's release date?

Q: What’s included in the Season Pass?

A: The season pass will include 4 DLC packs for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare that will be released over time in 2015. As this content becomes available you will be able to install it from the in game store.

Q: Will my progress, stats, and gear carry over when I download and play the next-gen version?

A: Yes, whether you participate in this program or not, all of your Multiplayer stats and gear are shared within a console family (Xbox 360 <-> Xbox One) and will be waiting for you when you transition to next-gen.

Q: Can you tell me more about the Digital Upgrade offer?

A: You can digitally upgrade the digital Xbox 360 version of Advanced Warfare, The Season Pass, and additional digital content from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. To redeem the digital upgrade all you have to do is sign into your account and navigate to the
purchase screen for the Xbox One version of the content you’re trying to upgrade. It will appear as free. This offer will be available until March 31st 2015.

Q: Where can I get in-game DLC?

A: All digital and disc versions of this title come with some sort of in-game DLC upon release. Listed below are the DLC content pack titles, what’s included in those packs, and where you can find them. You can also find these items by searching on
Xbox.com

• Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Day Zero and Advanced Arsenal Pack
  
  This includes two custom weapons and the Advanced Arsenal custom exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum directed energy weapon. This content is available with the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition and Digital Pro Edition.
  
• Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Collector's Edition Bundle
  
  This bundle includes a custom Atlas exoskeleton, the Bal-27 AE **** Rifle and Atlas 45 AE Pistol, Atlas Helmet, Player Card, 5 bonus Supply Drops and a Single Player exoskeleton Upgrade. This content is available with the Call of Duty: Advanced
  Warfare Collector's Editions.
  
• Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Atlas Gorge Bonus Map
  
  Included is the fan-favorite Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare map, Pipeline. The Atlas Corporation has commandeered the world's largest power source, the Three Gorges Dam in central China, whose sinister backdrop creates a gripping setting for multiplayer
  battle.

Q: What are Supply Drops?

A: Supply Drops are new to Call of Duty and can be redeemed via codes or earned in-game for various reasons such as play time, completing challenges, and more. The contents of Supply Drops are random but they will always fall under three categories.
These categories decide the rarity of the item. The names of these categories are Enlisted, Professional, and Elite. You can earn the following:

• Weapon Loot
  
  Variants of base weapons that have modified stats, have unique camos and have special attachments.
  

• Reinforcements
  
  These are items you can use during a single multiplayer game. They will arrive through care packages, and depending on the rarity, they can be called in at two, four, or six minutes into the match.
  

• Character Gear
  
  These are character customization items. These items can be placed on your character when creating an operator in the multiplayer lobby. The items range from eyewear and hats to shoes and kneecaps. Please note that these items are 100% cosmetic,
  which means they do not effect gameplay in any way.

Free Digital Copy Of Advanced Warfare Problem

Have you tried setting your Xbox as 'Home Xbox' on that account you bought the game on 360?

By the way, I've read some articles on the Activision support, that the game version does kind of interfere in that... (Atlas pro, Day Zero, Standard). Basically, you have to search for the exact edition you bought on Xbox 360.
